rates. -They want to blame the predicted rise in rates next year on Hurricane Katrina.
m sure the nasty witch of the South will be the brunt of the blame for a lot of things.But it's getting rediculous. Maybe the next reason Avista will want a rate hike will be
because the full moon fell on the 3rd Tuesday of February of a leap year. The bottom line
is they need more money to pay their big staff big time bucks, especially the whitecollared. They must think their half-million a year salaries (or more) is getting very
difficul t to live on! I know several people who work for Avista and they all laugh when
payday comes ' round, knowing they can continue to drive their big gas guzzling SUVs fifty
miles to work from their exotic backwood mansions. Please say no and support us hard
working, paycheck-to-paycheck Idahoans who make up the maj ori ty of this state and whom youwork for.
