Comment=descriptIon: am asking that you do NOT approve of the Avista rate hike. So many
people simply can not afford to heat their homes with the constant raising of these rates.Idaho I s economics, especially north Idaho, does not support these rate hikes, people just
simply can not make their dollar stretch any more.
I am asking that you support the people of Idaho and do not approve of this rate increase.
