I feel they are notjustified in seeking a rate increase in natural gas or electric rate (Case # AVU-E-03-also) for the following reasons.1. Gas and electricity are a necessity, not a luxury.2. I believe rate increases are to line the pockets of stockholders.Who are the stockholders? They are the people rich enough to buystock, etc , at the expense of others.3. Utili ty rates should be approached on a costStock and other fincancil instruments (funnybased premise that wants to maximize profits

Rate increases also go to pay for salary increases and employee
benefi ts The larger the salary, the larger the increase when
so often the increase is based on a percentage. CEOs and others
can never justify their salaries , bonuses , etc.
5 . Employee work habits need improving.6. How many times over must the consumer pay for the same
infras tructure?
There has been a lot of fraud , waste , and abuse over the life of utili ty companies. Many
of the people that work for utili ty companies need to learn what it means to be thankful
just to have a job , starting with the people at the top!And zero tolerance for lack of
prosecution and restitution (pay it all back) needs to be applied.
PS - Funny money and corporate take overs have crippled America more than you will everrealize. Come judgement day, how will you justify to God all your injustices???
