AVU-E-02-05 ORDER NO. 29077 On June 26, 2002 Avista Corporation (Avista; Company) filed an Application with the Idaho Public Utilities Commission (Commission) for an Order revising avoided cost rates on an immediate interim basis applicable to power purchases from PURPA qualifying facilities by Avista within the state of Idaho. On July 17, 2002, Avista requested that its Application and proposed tariff revisions in Case No. AVU-E-02-05 be withdrawn. Reference IDAPA 31.01.01.068—Withdrawal of Pleadings. The Company requests this withdrawal because Order No. 29069 in Case No. GNR-E-02-01 effectively addresses Avista’s underlying concerns that prompted its proposal to revise avoided cost rates. O R D E R In consideration of the foregoing and for good cause shown, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED and the Commission hereby authorizes Avista Corporation to withdraw its pleadings in Case No. AVU-E-02-05. Accordingly, the docket in this case is closed. THIS IS A FINAL ORDER. Any person interested in this Order may petition for reconsideration within twenty-one (21) days of the service date of this order with regard to any matter decided in this Order. Within seven (7) days after any person has petitioned for reconsideration, any other person may cross-petition for reconsideration. See Idaho Code § 61- 626.
