AVU-E-00-09 ORDER NO. 28592 On November 8, 2000, Avista Corporation dba Avista Utilities – Washington Water Power Division (Avista; Company) filed an Application with the Idaho Public Utilities Commission (Commission) proposing implementation of a $5,708,000 (4.763%) PCA surcharge. The Company requests an effective date of January 1, 2001. The Company requests that its filing be processed pursuant to Modified Procedure, i.e., by written submission rather than by hearing. Reference Commission Rules of Procedure, IDAPA 31.01.01.201-204. The Commission finds it reasonable to process the Company’s Application under Modified Procedure, i.e., by written submission rather than by hearing. To facilitate the processing of the Application under Modified Procedure and to accommodate Commission scheduling constraints, the Commission finds that it is necessary to suspend the proposed effective date from January 1, 2001 to February 1, 2001. O R D E R In consideration of the foregoing and pending further Commission Order, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED and the Commission does hereby suspend the proposed effective date for the proposed tariff change in Case No. AVU-E-00-09 from January 1, 2001 to February 1, 2001.
