NEWS RELEASE: Commission approves sale of Atlanta Power Company

BOISE (Dec. 30, 2022) – The Idaho Public Utilities Commission on Friday approved the sale of
Atlanta Power Company, Inc. to Greylock Energy Holdings, LLC.

Greylock Energy Holdings requested approval to purchase all shares of stock, assets, and the
Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity of Atlanta Power. Atlanta Power is regulated by
the Commission and provides electricity to approximately 75 customers in and around Atlanta,
Idaho.
