I, Maria Barratt-Riley, being first duly sworn under oath, depose and state as follows:
l. I have personal knowledge of the facts stated in this affidavit.
2. The information contained herein is true and correct to the best of my knowledge and
belief.
3. I am the Executive Director at the Idaho Public Utilities Commission (the
'oCommission").
4. In my position I am aware that Atlanta Power Company, Inc. ("Company") failed to
timely file its Gross Intrastate Operating Revenue ("GIOR") reports for2020 and202l.
Further, the Company failed to timely pay its annual assessments for 2020 and202l.
5. I also leamed that in the beginning of September 2021the Company provided revenue
information for 2020 and 2021 showing revenues of $77,346.31 and $78,540.06.
6. Based on the assessment rates for 2020 and 2021 of 0.2593% and 0. 1 953 0/o respectively
the Company's annual assessment for 2020 is $200.56 and for 2021 it is $153.39.
Because the Company did not timely pay its assessments $14.85 in interest accrued on
the past due assessments.
7. On September 3, 2021, the Commission received a $200.00 check from the Company
for its annual assessments leaving a past due balance of 168.31.
8. On October 18, 2021, the Commission received another $200.00 check for the
Company which paid off the past due balance for the Company's assessments.
