PETITON FOR RECONSIDERATION

I respectfully request the ldaho Public Utilities Commission to reconsider Order No. 34295.
I met with Commission staff today, 4/24/79, provided updated contact information, paid the annual
assessments that were past due, and will provide verified returns for calendar years 2016 and 20t7 .
Until now, the Commission had an old address, causing mail to be forwarded to an address to which
forwarding had expired. Therefore, we did not receive the Notice of lnvestigation (Order No. 33988) or
Notice of Hearing (Order No. 34209) in 2018. As a result, I was unaware of the show-cause hearing on
Feb. 19,2019.
The 512,000 fine would create a financial hardship; the money could be used to improve the system or
as a reserve account for the new owners. I am attempting to sell the electrical system to the community
of Atlanta.
I am attempting to comply with all previous Commission order and am working with Commission staff to
accomplish this.
