Temporary Surcharge
Customer billings for all charges and fees for service performed and electricity consumed
after June 30 , 2008 will be increased by a surcharge of 33.6%. (exception Schedule 4 - New
Customer Connection Charge and Meter Testing Charges - General Rules and Regulations
and Rates - Paragraph 15, Service and Limitations.
The Surcharge will be adjusted either downward or upward at any time the Company s general
rate schedules are changed with the approval of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission.
The surcharge will remain in effect for a period of approximately seven years (84 months) or until
a total of $172 244.52 is collected by the surcharge.
The Company will keep track of all revenues collected from the surcharge and will inform the Idaho
Public Utilities Commission when the total amount has been collected and immediately request
cancellation of the surcharge.
