Today, a document was delivered from citizens of Atlanta re: the Atlanta Power Compnay.
THIS IS AN ADDENDUM TO THAT DOCUMENT.
In that document when we "reserved the right to amend and plea further." This e-mail is an addemdum from two
of the signers , Bill Uhl and Doris Helge , who are both Atlanta Power customers.
THIS ADDENDUM REGARDS PREJUDICIAL TREATMENT OF CUSTOMERS OF ATLANTA POWER
COMPANY
Atlanta Power has a history of "crying poor" to the P ., but revenue is: 1.) inadequately collected and 2.
collected in a discriminatory manner.
We have notified P.C. staff of this fact in the past , but no action has been taken.
The following is an example of prejudicial treatment of customers:

Page 2 of 2By not following AP Tariff No., original sheet No. 12 , Master Metering Standards , Atlanta Power (AP) appears todisciminate in favor of some customers and against others , on a regular basis.Note that "tenant" means any person who intends to rent for a period of not less than one month. In Section Dmulti-occupant residential buildings " requesting new service after the effective date of these rules andregulations, shall have each unit individually metered by the company. P .C. is aware that: 1.) there are roomsrented by the month (and longer), and 2.) the rentals are not separately metered. The P.C. is also aware of theretail business run from a building separate from the owner s house , which is not separately metered.If the tariff was enforced , AP: 1.) would have more income and 2.) could lower the rates for other customers.The fact that exceptions are made for some customers and not for others -- the A.P. tariff and the P.regulations are bent for some customers but not for others -- indicates prejudicial treatment. P .C. rules andregulations prohibit discimination and prejudicial treatment.
