Please explain why youcontinue to allow Atlanta Power to get away wi th this. I have read the 1993 report thatthe PUC did on Atlanta Power and it seems that this new report is a continuation of thePUC allowing Atlanta Power to operate any old way. Does the PUC allow Idaho Power operate this way?We recently had a four day power outage. Are you going to place a time limi t Atlanta Power on how long Atlanta can be wi thout power before a back up generator can bein operation. Will you enforce this time limi t?Atlanta Power did not take care of the Back-up Generator- left it out in the weather-
no preventi ve maintenace. Why do should we have too buy a new one when he did not take
care of the first one?
Why is Atlanta Power making too much money? Do we get our rates reduce?
What is your time line for Atlanta Power to do a preventive maintenance plan? Will
you enforce it?
I apprecitate the hiring of a third person.will this happen?
The third person needs more training-
