Qwest filed the above referenced tariff advices for the Northern Idaho Access Tariff, Advance Communications Services Tariff, Northern Idaho Exchange and Network Services Tariff, Private Line Transport Services and Special Construction Tariff, respectively, to change the names from US WEST to QWEST throughout the tariffs. Staff reviewed all of these filings and did not discern any changes to existing tariffs except the change of names. STAFF RECOMMENDATION Staff recommends approval.
