C12-E-24-01. On February 2, 2024, Riverside Electric Company, Limited (“Riverside”) and Farmers Electric Company (“Farmers”) filed an application with the Idaho Public Utilities Commission (“Commission”) for approval of a Service Territory Agreement between Riverside and Farmers. STAFF RECOMMENDATION Commission Staff recommends the Commission issue a Notice of Application and Notice of Modified Procedure establishing an April 24, 2024, initial comment deadline, and a May 8, 2024, reply comment deadline.
