RE:CASE NO. INT-09-03 (INTERMOUNTAIN GAS COMPANY)
EST ABLISH INTERRUPTIBLE SNOWMELT TARIFFS
On November 5, 2009, Intermountain Gas Company (Intermountain) filed an application
with the Commission for the authority to establish new, Interruptible Snowmelt tariffs. On May
2010, the Commission issued Order No. 31089 approving Intermountain s application with
the provision that the Company provide a minimum of two hours notice prior to interruption.
On May 26, 2010 , Intermountain filed new Interruptible Snowmelt Rate Schedules IS-
and IS-C applicable to residential and commercial customers respectively with an effective date
of June 1 2010. Staff has reviewed the Schedules and find that they are in compliance with
Order No. 31089.
ST AFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the Commission approve the new tariff schedules as filed.
