RESULTING NAME CHANGE ON THE CERTIFICATE OF PUBLIC
CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY NO.311,CASE NO.ORE-T-23-01.
BACKGROUND AND DISCUSSION
On July 17,2023,Oregon-Idaho Utilities,Inc.(the "Company")notified the Commission
that effective April 5,2023,it has changed its name to E4 Connect,Inc.for marketing purposes.
As a result,the Company requests to change its Company name on Certificate No.311 that was
issued in Case No.ORE-T-92-01/USW-S-92-02.The Company received the Certificate of
Amendment of Foreign Registration'from the Idaho Secretary of State on May 2,2023.
Additionally,the Company has moved business locations from the current address listed in the
IPUC file to the new physical and mailing addresseS2 RS fOÌÏOWS:
New Physical Address:704 E.United Heritage Court,Suite 102,Meridian,ID 83642
New MailingAddress:P.O Box 967,Meridian,ID 83680
The Company represents that,from a customer's perspective,other than the new name
and new addresses,there have been no changes to management or ownership.Most importantly
these changes will have no impact on the rates currentlyon file with the Commission.
