RE: IN THE MATTER OF IDAHO POWER COMPANY’S APPLICATION FOR
AUTHORITY TO IMPLEMENT POWER COST ADJUSTMENT (PCA)
RATES FOR ELECTRIC SERVICE FROM JUNE 1, 2023, THROUGH
MAY 31, 2024; CASE NO. IPC-E-23-12.

On May 31, 2023, The Commission issued Order No. 35804 authorizing Idaho Power
Company (“Company”) to implement its annual Power Cost Adjustment (“PCA”) rates to recover
its PCA balancing account over a two-year period effective June 1, 2023.
On June 1, 2023, the Company submitted a compliance filing with new tariffs conforming
to the Commission’s Order. Staff reviewed the Company’s proposed tariffs included in its
compliance filing and confirmed the tariffs are consistent with the Commission’s directive.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends the Commission approve the tariffs and schedules submitted by the
Company on June 1, 2023, with an effective date of June 1, 2023.
COMMISSION DECISION
Does the Commission wish to approve the tariffs and schedules submitted by the Company
on June 1, 2023, with an effective date of June 1, 2023?
