BACKGROUND
On April 28, 2010, Telecom Staff was notified that NOW Communications was no
longer providing telecommunication services in Idaho. The Company indicated that it never had
provided telecommunication services and requested that its certificate be cancelled. The original
certificate was issued by Order No. 28452 on July 21 , 2000.
ST AFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff has reviewed the request and recommends approval. Does the Commission agree?
