TTS-W- 23-01. On January 3, 2023, Teton Water & Sewer Company, LLC (“Company”) filed its 2022 Reserve Fund Usage Report (“Report”) pursuant to Order No. 35382 seeking approval that the reserve funds were used appropriately. Application at 1. The Company states that the total cost of its 2022 reserve fund projects exceeded the available funds in the Company’s reserve account and the balance of the invoices was paid for using operating funds.1 Id. The Company requested that its Application be processed through Modified Procedure. STAFF RECOMMENDATION Staff recommends the Commission issue a Notice of Application and Notice of Modified Procedure establishing a March 8, 2023, public comment deadline with a March 15, 2023, Company reply comment deadline. The only project that was covered by the reserve fund was the asphalt repair at 33 Targhee Trail in the amount of $3,927.70. The remaining project costs— $24,849.55—were paid from operating funds.
