IN THE MATTER OF VEOLIA WATER IDAHO, INC. 'S APPLICATION TO AMEND BRIAN WATER SURCHARGE AND REFUND CUSTOMERS; CASE NO. VEO-W-22-03.
On December 20, 2022, the Commission issued Order No. 35636 in Case No. VEO-W-
22-03 authorizing an amendment to Veolia Water Idaho, Inc.'s ("Company") Schedule No. IC -
Brian Subdivision Surcharge to reflect the correct surcharge amount and to include a statement
explaining that a customer's surcharge will end when the customer's surcharge balance in paid in
full.
On December 22, 2022, the Company filed conforming tariffs that included the correct
monthly and bi-monthly surcharge amount and the statement as noted above. Staff reviewed the
Company's proposed Schedule No. IC and confirmed it complies with the Commission's Order.
Accordingly, Staff recommends the Commission approve the filed tariff Schedule 1 C effective
December 20, 2022.
