RE:IN THE MATTER OF IDAHO POWER'S TARIFF ADVICE NO.22-02
BACKGROUND
On September 15,2022,Idaho Power Company ("Company")submitted a Tariff Advice
proposing an administrative revision to Rule K Tariff Schedule 101.The Company states that
the revision to Rule K conforms with the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers
("1EEE")Standard Sl9,as referenced in Section 2 of Rule K,to the current naming convention
of IEEE Standard 519,which was approved by the IEEE Standards Association Standards Board
on May 13,2022.
Proposed Naming:
Practices and Requirements for Harmonic Control.Customers are required to comply
with the Standardfor Harmonic Control in Electric Power Systems as set forth in the current
Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE)Standard 519 dated May 13,2022.
The Company requested that the proposed updates be accepted with an effective date of
October 17,2022.
STAFF REVIEW AND RECOMMENDATION
Staffhas reviewed the Company's filing and verified that the proposed change reflect the
current IEEE Standard 519 naming convention.
