SUBJECT:TARIFF ADVICE REGARDING MODIFICATION OF ROCKY
MOUNTAIN POWER'S SCHEDULE NO.136 -NET BILLING SERVICE
On June 14,2022,Rocky Mountain Power Company ("Company")filed Tariff Advice
No.22-02 to correct the reference to Special Condition Number 12 to Special Condition Number
11 contained within Electric Service Schedule No.136.The Tariff Sheet reflects an effective date
of August 1,2022.
STAFF ANALYSIS
Rocky Mountain Power's Schedule No.136 describes how credits are applied to
customer's bills who export electricity through customer-owned generation.The current tariff
contains a typographic error referencing Special Condition Number 12,which does not exist.
Instead,the tariff should reference Special Condition Number l 1.Staff does not believe this is a
material change.
Staff reviewed the corrected version submitted with the tariff advice and verified that the
proposed version is correct.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the Commission authorize modifications to Schedule No.136 as
proposed in Tariff Advice No.22-02.
