51 ANNUAL RATE ADJUSTMENT FILING OF AVISTACORPORATION;CASE NO.AVU-E-22-05
BACKGROUND
On June 15,2022,the Commission issued Order No.35429 approving Avista
Corporation's,d/blal Avista Utilities ("Company")application to update the Company's costs
and administrative changes to its Electric Line Extension Schedule 51 ("Schedule 51")effective
June 15,2022.In compliance with the Commission's Order,the Company submitted revised
tariff sheets for Schedule 51.
STAFF ANALYSIS AND RECOMMENDATION
Staff reviewed the Company's revised tariff sheets for Schedule 5l and confirmed that
they comply with Commission Order No.35429.Staff recommends the Commission approve
the submitted revisions to Schedule 51 as filed on June 15,2022,with an effective date of June
15,2022.
