BACKGROUND
On April 20,2022,PacifiCorp dba Rocky Mountain Power submitted Tariff Advice No.
22-01 with proposed revisions to update the rate tables in Electric Schedule Nos.7,7A and 11 to
add monthlykilowatt-hours to each lighting level in each rate table.This change is necessary to
better clarify billingfor lighting.Additionally,the Contract Period on Schedule No.7A is being
corrected from "One year or longer"to "Five years or longer"so it is consistent with Schedule
Nos.7 and 11.The Company proposed an effective date of July 1,2022.
STAFF ANALYSIS AND RECOMMENDATION
Staff reviewed the proposed change to Electric Schedule Nos.7,7A and 11.Based on its
review,Staff recommends approval of Rocky Mountain Power's proposed revisions to its tariff
as filed in Tariff Advice 22-01 with an effect date of July 1.2022.
COMMISSION DECISION
Does the Commission wish to approve the proposed revisions set forth in this Tariff
Advice with an effective date of July 1,2022?

Company.The type and kind of fixtures and supports will be in accordance with the Company's
specifications.Service includes energy supplied from the Company's overheadcircuits,maintenanceand
lamp and glassware renewals.Lamps will be controlled by the Company to burn each night from dusk to
dawn.

CONTRACT PERIOD:FiveOneyears or longer.
SPECIAL CONDITION:Domestic use means all usual residential,apartment,seasonal
cdwelling,
and mobile home court use including domestic water pumping.Farm use means all usual farm electrical
loads for raising of crops,livestock or pasturage and includes primary processing necessary for safe andefficientstorageorshipmentandirrigationpumping.
Contiguousparcels of land under single-ownershipor leasehold shall be considered to be one Farm
and noncontiguousparcels of land under single-ownershipor leasehold shall be considered as one Farm unit
when operated as a single Farm,unless demonstrated otherwiseby the owner or lessee of the parcels.
A number of factors shall determine whether contiguous or noncontiguousparcels constitute one or more
Farms.These factors shall include,but are not limited to:
--size
--use
--ownership
--control
--operatingpractices
--distance between parcels
--custom in the trade
--billing treatment by the utility
Operators of Farms may be required to certify to the utility all irrigation accounts,includinghorsepowerrating.
