A master schedule was created for agencies with specific sets of IDAPA rules to be reviewed over a five-year period “to determine whether the benefits the rule intended to achieve are being realized, whether those benefits justify the costs of the rule, and whether there are less restrictive alternatives to accomplish the benefits.” This year’s IDAPA rules for review are IDAPA 31.3.16.101 Stray Voltage and 31.3.18.101 Energy Consumption Reporting. Commission Staff will engage all stakeholders in a negotiated rule making process over the upcoming summer months. The deadline to submit a Notice of Intent to the Division of Financial Management to be published in the Administrative Bulletin is Friday, April 1, 2022. Staff recommends that the Commission direct for the submission of a Notice of Intent to the Division of Financial Management to be published in the Administrative Bulletin.
