BACKGROUND On March 4,2022,Avista Corporation d/b/a Avista Utilities (Avista)submitted Tariff Advice No.22-01-G with proposed revisions to its tariff index page (Sheet B)with a proposed effective date of April 18,2022.The proposed revisions address administrative revisions to update the current listing of tariff sheets on index page (Sheet B)that have either been recently added or cancelled by the Commission through other proceedings.Prior to submitting Tariff Advice No.22-01-G,Staff notified Avista of the issues and provided Avista a draft copy of the proposed changes. STAFF ANALYSIS AND RECOMMENDATION Staffreviewed each of the Company's proposed tariff changes supplied in the filing and determinedthat a Tariff Advice is appropriate for processing the modifications to tariff index page (Sheet B).The proposed modifications are administrative in nature,remove a schedule that was cancelled,add four schedules that were approved,and modify a schedule (tariff name change correction).Staff recommends that the Commission approve the Company's proposed revisions to its tariff index page (Sheet B),as filed,in Tariff Advice 22-01-G with an effective date of April 18,2022. Additions/Modifications Schedule 176 Tax Customer Credit Schedule 176 was approved as part of Avista's 2021 GRC (AVU-G- 21-01). Schedule 178 Deferred Balances Credit Schedule 178 was approved in Case No.AVU-G-21-03. Schedule 181 Natural Gas Transportation Selvice Terms and Conditions Schedule 181 was approved in Case No.AVU-G-l9-05. Schedule 182 Schedule 182 was modified in Case No.AVU-G-19-05.The tariff name changed from"Idaho Contingency Plan For Firm Service Gas Curtailment"to "Plan For Natural Gas ServiceCurtailment".
