BACKGROUND
On March 4,2022,the Commission issued Order No.35336 approving the modifications
to Idaho Power Company's ("Company")Demand Response ("DR")programs.On March 10,
2022,the Commission subsequently issued an Errata to Order No.35336 removing the prior
defined effective date.The Commission Order now on Page 10,paragraph 1,READS:
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Company's proposed modifications to its DR
programs-theresidential Air Conditioner Cool Credit Program,the Commercial
and Industrial Flex Peak Program,and the IrrigationPeak Rewards Program-are
reasonable and approved.
On March 9,2022,Idaho Power Company submitted a compliance filing for
Schedules 23,81,and 82 reflecting the approvedchanges to the Demand Response
programs.
