BACKGROUND AND DISCUSSION
On February 15,2022,Clear Rate Communications,Inc.("Company")filed a request to
change the company name on Certificate No.534 that was issued in Order No.34902 of the Case
No.CRC-T-20-01.The new company name will be "Clear Rate Communications,LLC"which
is a subsidiary of Clear Rate Holdings.The Company received the Certificate of Amendment
from the Idaho Secretary of State on October 22,2021.
The Company represents that,other than the new ownership name,it will continue as a
telecommunications company providing resold and non-facilities based local exchange services
throughout Idaho.The existing management will continue to oversee the day-to-day affairs of
the Company.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION AND COMMISSION DECISION
Staffhas reviewed the Company's changes and recommends approval.Does the
