SUBJECT:IN THE MATTER OF IDAHO POWER COMPANY'S
TARIFF ADVICE NO.22-01 PROPOSED REVISIONS TO ITS RATE
SCHEDULE 84 (84-2),CUSTOMER ENERGY PRODUCTION NET
METERING SERVICE,AND TARIFF INDEXES.
BACKGROUND
On February 17,2022,Idaho Power Company ("Company")submitted Tariff Advice
No.22-01 with proposed revisions to its Schedule 84 Customer Energy Production Net Metering
Service and Tariff indexes with a proposed effective date of March 21,2022.The proposed
revisions address administrative revisions to update the tariff indexes to reflect the approved
tariff sheets accurately and to correct a reference to Schedule 68 instead of Schedule 72,pursuant
to Order No.34955.Prior to submitting Tariff Advice No.22-01,the Company provided Staff a
draft copy of its proposed changes for analysis and feedback.
STAFF ANALYSIS AND RECOMMENDATION
Staff reviewed each of the Company's proposed changes supplied in the draft copy and
determined that a Tariff Advice is appropriate for processing the modifications to Rate Schedule
84.The proposed modifications are administrative in nature,correct a reference to an incorrect
schedule,and accurately reflect the intent of the Commission.Staffrecommends that the
Commission approve the Company's proposed revisions to its Schedule 84 Customer Energy
Production Net Metering Service and Tariff indexes as filed in Tariff Advice 22-01 with an
effective date of March 21,2022.
