TARIFF ADVICE NO.21-02 PROPOSED REVISIONS TO ITS RATE
SCHEDULES AND SECTION A OF ITS GENERAL SERVICE
PROVISIONS.
BACKGROUND
On October 15,2021,Intermountain Gas Company ("Company")submitted Tariff
Advice No.21-02 with proposed revisions to its Rate Schedules and Section A of its General
Service Provisions with a proposed effective date of December 1,2021.The Company states the
proposed revisions will more accurately reflect its current business practices and provide greater
clarity.Prior to submitting the October 15,2021,Tariff Advice No.21-02,on September 8,
2021,the Company provided Staff a draft copy of its proposed changes for analysis and
feedback.
STAFF ANALYSIS AND RECOMMENDATION
Staff reviewed each of the Company's proposed Rate Schedule and General Service
Provisions changes supplied in the September 8,2021,draft and determined that a Tariff Advice
is appropriate.
In its review of the draft,Staff questioned if customers affected by a change in the
Annual Minimum Bill section of Rate Schedule T-3 were notified of the proposed change.The
Company stated in its October 15,2021,filing that its current T-3 customers were notified of the
proposed change and none have expressed concerns.

Additionally,Staff identified language in Paragraph 9.7 Section A of the General
Services Provisions regarding customer and Company responsibilities for restarting equipment
that could be confusing for customers.The Company modified the language to clarify
responsibilities in the version submitted with the October 15,2021,Tariff Advice.Staff
reviewed the modified version included in the Tariff Advice and believes the revision more
clearly delineates Company and customer responsibilities.
Staff recommends that the Commission approve the Company's proposed revisions to its
Rate Schedules and Section A of its General Service Provisions as filed in Tariff Advice 21-02.

Schedules and Section A General Service Provisions as filed in Tariff Advice 21-02 with an
effective date of December 1,2021?
