SUBJECT: IN THE MATTER OF INTERMOUNTAIN GAS COMPANY’S
APPLICATION FOR DETERMINATION OF 2020 ENERGY
EFFICIENCY EXPENSES AS PRUDENTLY INCURRED; CASE NO. INT-
G-21-03.
On July 14, 2021, Intermountain Gas Company (“Company”) applied for an order
designating $3,656,158 of 2020 Energy Efficiency expenditures as prudently incurred. The
Company requests its Application be processed by Modified Procedure.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the Commission issue a Notice of Application, a Notice of
Intervention Deadline setting a 21-day intervention deadline for interested persons, and a Notice
of Modified Procedure establishing a December 1, 2021 public comment deadline and a December
15, 2021 Company reply deadline.
