SUBJECT: IN THE MATTER OF INTERMOUNTAIN GAS COMPANY’S
APPLICATION FOR AUTHORITY TO CHANGE ITS PRICES; CASE
NO. INT-G-21-04.

On August 6, 2021, Intermountain Gas Company (“Company”) applied for authority
to place into effect new rate schedules that would increase its annualized revenues by $24.2
million. The Company requests its Application be processed by Modified Procedure and that rates
be effective on October 1, 2021.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the Commission issue a Notice of Application and Notice of
Modified Procedure establishing a September 10, 2021 public comment deadline and a September
16, 2021 Company reply deadline.
COMMISSION DECISION
Does the Commission wish to issue a Notice of Application and Notice of Modified
Procedure establishing a September 10, 2021 public comment deadline and a September 16, 2021
