RE:IN THE MATTER OF AVISTA CORPORATION'S FILING TO PROPOSE
MODIFICATIONS TO TARIFF SCHEDULE NO.95.
BACKGROUND
On December 4,2020,Avista Corporation dba Avista Utilities ("Company")submitted a
Tariff Advice requesting to modify Electric Service Schedule No.95-My Clean Energy
Program ("Schedule No.95").The Company requested an effective date of February 15,2021.
At the Commission's January 26,2021 decision meeting,Commission Staff
recommended suspension of the proposed effective date and to process the Tariff Advice as a
formal case because the Tariff Advice would make programmatic changes that warrant public
comment.
On January 29,2021,the Commission issued a Notice of Modified Procedure and
suspended the proposed February 15,2021 effective date.Order No.34905.
On February 18,2021,Commission Staff filed comments recommendingthe proposed
program modification.
On March 16,2021,the Commission issued a fmal order approving Avista's proposed
modifications to Tariff Schedule No.95.Order No.34963.On March 17,2020,the Company
made a compliance filing to update Tariff Schedule No.95 pursuant to Order No.34963.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff reviewed the proposed Tariff and it complies with Commission Order No.34963.
Staff recommends the Commission approve Tariff Schedule No.95 as filed,with an effective
date of March 16,2021.
