IPC-E-20-32. On August 21, 2020, Idaho Power Company (“Idaho Power” or “Company”) applied for authority to decrease customer rates to reflect cessation of the Boardman Power Plant (“Boardman”) operations. On October 1, 2020, the Commission issued a Notice of Application and Notice of Intervention Deadline (“Notice”) setting a 21-day intervention deadline. See Order No. 34803.
