SUBJECT: IN THE MATTER OF IDAHO POWER COMPANY’S APPLICATION
FOR AUTHORITY TO MODIFY SCHEDULE 84’S METERING
REQUIREMENT AND TO GRANDFATHER EXISTING CUSTOMERS
WITH TWO METERS; CASE NO. IPC-E-20-26.
On June 19, 2020, Idaho Power Company (“Idaho Power” or “Company”) filed an
Application requesting authorization to remove the two-meter requirement for new Schedule 84
customers and to grandfather existing customers with two-meter systems under the current 1:1
monthly netting for 10 years.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends the Commission issue a Notice of Application and Notice of
Intervention Deadline and establish a 21-day intervention period.
