SUBJECT:AVISTA RATE CASE,CASE NO.19-04
On September 12,2019,the Commission issued a scheduling order for a settlement
conference,prefiled testimony deadline,rebuttal deadline,and a technical hearing date.See
Order No.34433.A proposed Stipulation and Settlement Agreement ("Stipulation")has been
reached as a result of the settlement conference that all parties attended on October 1,2019.
Staff requests that the Commission modify the case schedule as set forth below.The parties
have not taken a position on whether public workshops or a hearing for customers should be
scheduled.
RECOMMENDATION
In light of the Stipulation,the parties request that the Commission issue an Order that
amends the scheduling order as follows:
Prefiled testimony in favor of the proposed settlement filed by October 31,2019;
and,
Technical hearing to be held November 22,2019,at 9:30 a.m.,MST or on another
dated and time prior to the end of November of 2019.
