SUBJECT:ROCKY MOUNTAIN POWER’S WIND REPOWER APPLICATION;
CASE NO.PAC-E-17-06
On August 18,2017,the Commission issued a scheduling order for a settlement
conference,preffle testimony deadline,rebuttal deadline,and a technical hearing date.Order No.
33825.The parties can now report that a settlement has been reached.Accordingly,the parties’
now request that the Commission vacate the case’s prefile dates to reflect the settlement.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the Commission issue an Order that vacates the prefile dates
for Staff and Intervenor testimony,and Company preffle rebuttal.The parties request that the
technical hearing scheduled for December 7,2017,remain in place.Finally,the parties request
that any further discovery in this matter be stayed.
