AVU-E-17-01, AVU-G-17-01 On July 27, 2017, the Commission issued a scheduling order for a settlement conference, prefiled testimony deadline, rebuttal deadline, and a technical hearing date. Order No. 33825, modified by Order No. 33837. The parties can now report that a settlement has been reached. Settlement documents will be filed with the Commission on October 20, 2017. Staff requests that the Commission modify the case schedule to reflect the settlement. The parties1 have agreed to the proposed schedule. RECOMMENDATION In light of the proposed settlement, the parties request that the Commission issue an Order that amends the scheduling order as follows: • Prefiled testimony in favor of the proposed settlement filed by November 3, 2017; • Reply testimony filed by November 14, 2017; • Rebuttal testimony filed by November 28, 2017; •Technical hearing to be held December 8, 2017, at 9:30 a.m., MST; and that the Commission schedule a public hearing at the appropriate time. COMMISSION DECISION Does the Commission wish to issue an Order that amends schedule as described above?
