SUBJECT: ROCKY MOUNTAIN’S 2017 ELECTRIC INTEGRATED RESOURCE
PLAN; CASE NO. PAC-E-17-03
On April 4, 2017, PacifiCorp dba Rocky Mountain Power filed its 2017 Integrated
Resource Plan (“IRP”) with the Commission pursuant to the Commission’s rules and in
compliance with the biennial IRP filing requirements mandated in Order No. 22299. Staff has
evaluated the Company’s filing and now requests that the Commission order that this case be
processed by Modified Procedure and that comment deadlines be set.
Previously, the Commission set a May 16, 2017, intervention deadline. No
intervenors appeared.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff has concluded that processing this case by Modified Procedure is appropriate
and requests that the Commission order the same. Further, Staff is requesting that the
Commission set a November 30, 2017, comment deadline.
COMMISSION DECISION
Does the Commission wish to issue a Notice of Modified Procedure with a November
30, 2017 comment deadline?
