SUBJECT: IDAHO POWER’S 2017 INTEGRATED RESOURCE PLAN,
CASE NO. IPC-E-17-11

On June 30, 2017, Idaho Power Company (“Company”) filed its 2017 Integrated
Resource Plan (IRP). On July 31, 2017, the Commission issued a Notice of Filing and Notice of
Intervention Deadline. Six parties intervened. Staff, the Company and the Intervenors have
agreed on 60-day comment period, with a 14-day Company reply deadline.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the Commission issue a Notice of Modified Procedure
requesting written comments from interested persons within 60 days, with a 14-day Company
reply deadline.
COMMISSION DECISION
Does the Commission wish to issue a Notice of Filing and Notice of Modified
Procedure setting a 60-day comment deadline and a 14-day Company reply deadline?
