IPC-E-16-32 On December 14, 2016, Idaho Power Company filed a prudency Application for expenditures of $220,845,830 in Hells Canyon Complex (HCC) relicensing costs for inclusion in customer rates at a later date. The Company is not requesting an adjustment to customer rates at this time. On January 4, 2017, the Commission issued a Notice of Application and Order setting an intervention deadline of January 25, 2016, and that Staff develop a procedural schedule for the processing of this matter. After extensive review and discovery, Staff now requests that the Commission order that this matter be processed by Modified Procedure, and set the following deadlines. STAFF RECOMMENDATION Staff recommends that this matter be processed by Modified Procedure. Staff further recommends that the Commission set an October 11, 2017 settlement conference, a December 15, 2017 prefile comment deadline, and a February 15, 2018 reply deadline. COMMISSION DECISION Does the Commission wish to order this matter be processed by modified procedure with the recommended comment schedule? M:IPC-E-16-32_bk
