SUBJECT: AVISTA RATE CASE, CASE NOS. AVU-E-17-01 AND AVU-G-17-01
On July 27, 2017, the Commission issued a scheduling order for a settlement
conference, prefiled testimony deadline, rebuttal deadline, and a technical hearing date. Order
No. 33825. It has since come to Staff’s attention that there are scheduling conflicts with those
scheduled dates. Accordingly, Staff now requests that the schedule be modified to better
accommodate the parties’ schedules.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the Commission issue an Order that amends the scheduling
order as follows:
Settlement conference to be held September 29, 2017 (previously September
15, 2017); and
Technical hearing to be held December 8, 2017 (previously December 6,
2017).
COMMISSION DECISION
Does the Commission wish to issue an Order that amends schedule as described
