VIT-T-15-01 On May 22, 2015, Vitcom LLC applied to the Commission for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (CPCN) to provide facilities-based and local exchange services in Idaho. For nearly two years, Staff has attempted to follow-up on the Application with the Company, and has received no response. Likewise, it appears that the Company no longer wishes to pursue the Application. STAFF RECOMMENDATION Staff recommends that the Commission dismiss the Application without prejudice due to the Company’s failure to prosecute the action. COMMISSION DECISION Does the Commission wish to issue an Order dismissing the case without prejudice? M:VIT-T-15-01_bk
