SUBJECT: CONTRACT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES: WRITING
INSTRUCTION; QUALITY COMMUNICATIONS GROUP, INC.

Staff would like to retain the services of a professional writing instructor—Quality
Communications Group, Inc. to teach a course on producing clear, concise, and persuasive
written testimony and comments. The class would cost $4,500, and include 12 hours of
classroom instruction over a 1.5 day period, for up to 35 Commission Staff members, and will
take place on September 27-28, 2017.
Staff is requesting that the Commission authorize President Kjellander to execute a
contract to that effect once the selected Contractor executes the same.
