SUBJECT: APPOINTMENT OF THE TRS ADVISORY COMMITTEE
On May 31, 2016, the Commission adopted TRS Rule 103, which establishes a three-
member TRS advisory committee. IDAPA 31.46.02.103. Among its duties, members of the
advisory committee are to assist the TRS Administrator in reviewing the responses to the
Request for Proposals (RFP) for relay services.
Consistent with Rule 103, Staff recommends that the Commission appoint the
following persons to the advisory committee:
1. James Farr from CenturyLink, a large LEC.
2. Kyle Bradshaw from ATC Communications in Albion, Idaho. ATC is a
member of the Idaho Telecommunications Association.
3. Russ Patterson from the State Council for Deaf and Hard of Hearing
