SCHEDULE NO.135,NET METERING SERVICE;CASE NO.PAC-E-16-07
BACKGROUND
On February 29,2016,Rocky Mountain Power submitted an Application to modify Electric
Service Schedule No.135,Net Metering Service,by adjusting the participation cap from 714
kilowatts to 2,000 kilowatts.The Application also adjusted the individual generation capacity from
20 percent to 5 percent of the cumulative nameplate capacity.
On April 29,2016,the Commission issued Order No.33511,instructing the Company to
remove the existing caps on overall and individual generation capacity from Schedule No.135,and
to promptly file conforming tariffs.
STAFF ANALYSIS
Staff has reviewed the changes to the Schedule No.135 tariff sheets and confirms that the
revisions have correctly removed the existing caps on both the overall and individual generation
capacity.Staff recommends the Commission accept the revised Schedule No.135 tariff sheet for
filing with an effective date of May 1,2016.
