RE:POTLATCH TELEPHONE CO.DBA TDS TELECOM’S ADVICE
LETTER 16-01 TO REMOVE,GRANDFATHER,AND CHANGE
SERVICES AND FEATURES.
On April 28,2016,Potlatch Telephone Company dba TDS Telecom (“Potlatch”or
“Company”)filed Advice Letter 16-0!requesting Commission approval to remove,grandfather,
and modify certain services and features due to changes in the Company’s network facilities.
These services include removal of Combination Main Station Service and ISDN-BRI which have
no current customers.Potlatch also wishes to grandfather Central Office provisioned Off
Premise Extension.The Company requests an effective date of May 28,2016.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff has reviewed Potlatch’s filing and believes the requested changes will have no
revenue impact.Staff,therefore,recommends Commission approval of Advice Letter 16-01
with an effective date of May 28,2016.
