REVISION TO THE ELECTRIC SERVICE SCHEDULES INDEX
On April 20,2016.PaeiuiCorp dba Rocky Mountain Power submitted Tariff Advice 16-
04 to revise Rocky Mountain Power’s Electric Service Schedules Index.In Order No.33357,the
Commission directed PaciflCorp to file a tariff schedule outlining the Company’s negotiating
process under the Public Utility Regulatory Policies Act for 1978 (PURPA).Order No.33474
adopted the Company’s proposed Schedule No.38 (Qualifying Facility Avoided Cost
Procedure).Schedule No.38 was subsequently added to the Company’s tariff but the Schedules
Index was not updated to reflect the inclusion of the new tariff.
Rocky Mountain Power requests that the proposed revision to the index become effective
April 15,2016,consistent with the effective date of Schedule No.38.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff reviewed the revision to the Electric Service Schedules Index.Based on its review,
Statf recommends approval of Rocky Mountain Power’s proposed change to its tariff.
COMMISSION DECISION
Does the Commission wish to approve the changes set forth in this Tariff Advice with an
effective date of April 15,2016?
