IPC-E-16-03 On March 15, 2016, Idaho Power Company applied for an Order establishing that it prudently incurred demand-side management (DSM) expenditures in 2015 of $35,196,964, including $28,495,701 in Idaho Energy Efficiency Rider funds, and $6,701,263 in demand response program incentives. The Company’s Application includes a copy of the 2015 DSM Annual Report, and supporting testimony. The Company discusses its DSM expenditures and energy savings, the cost-effectiveness and evaluations of its programs, stakeholder input in DSM activities, and other matters. The Company asks the Commission to process the Application by Modified Procedure. STAFF RECOMMENDATION Staff recommends that the Commission set a 14-day intervention deadline, a July 14, 2016 comment deadline, and an August 4, 2016 reply deadline.
