FILINGS TO REPLACE THE ACCESS SERVICE OFFERINGS
FROM THE IDAHO RURAL EXCHANGE CARRIERS (IREC)
TARIFF NO.3 WITH ITS OWN ACCESS SERVICE TARIFF
P.U.C.ID NO.2;ADVICE LETTERS 15-06 AND 15-07.
On December 17,2015,Potlatch Telephone Company dba TDS Telecom
(“Potlatch”or “Company”)submitted three filings for Commission approval:1)to
approve a new Access Service Tariff P.U.C.ID No.2 (Advice Letter 1 5-07);2)to
remove Potlatch Telephone Company as an issuing carrier of the IREC Tariff;and 3)to
remove the Access Service Concurrences in Section 11 of the IREC Tariff (Advice Letter
15-07).The Company requests an effective date of January 17,2016.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff has reviewed the filings as well as the new Access Service Tariff P.U.C.ID
No.2 and recommends Commission approval with an effective date of January 17,2016.
