ACCESS SERVICE TARIFF NO.3 TO REMOVE SILVER STAR
TELEPHONE COMPANY,INC.;CASE NOS.SIL-T-I5-O1 AND
COL-T-15-01.
On December 23,2015,the Commission received a filing from Silver Star Telephone
Company (“Silver Star”)and Columbine Telephone Company (“Columbine”)in connection with
the revision of the IREC Tariff No.3 and related to Case Nos.SIL-T-15-01 and COL-T-15-01.
BACKGROUND
Columbine and Silver Star are affiliated entities and the Commission approved the
transfer of the Silver Star local exchange assets to Columbine on November 24,2015.Order No.
33423 requires that Columbine file changes to the Tariff prior to the Commission issuing an
amended Certificate No.329 to Columbine.Columbine and Silver Star submitted this filing in
accordance with the Order.This filing removes references to Silver Star,but makes no changes
related to Columbine.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Stall’has reviewed the filing and recommends Commission approval with an effective
date of January 1.2016.
